How does KFC Rewards work?

KFC Rewards members receive three missions to complete each month through the KFC App. By completing eligible missions, members can unlock KFC food rewards and choose how they want to use them.

Depending on the reward, members can enjoy it themselves, share it with friends or family, or choose to donate its value to KFC Add Hope, KFC’s long-running initiative supporting efforts to address childhood hunger in South Africa.

Is KFC Rewards a separate app?

No. KFC Rewards is built into the existing KFC App and can be accessed through the dedicated Rewards tab.

Does it cost anything to join KFC Rewards?

No. KFC Rewards membership is free. Normal data and purchase costs may apply.

How do I join KFC Rewards?

Customers can join KFC Rewards by opening or downloading the KFC App, opt in by selecting the Rewards tab and tapping Join now.

Once registered, members can access their monthly missions, complete eligible missions and unlock available rewards through the programme.
